Returns & Refunds policy

At Peel You Later, we take pride in creating and providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and the cost associated with processing returns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email Hello@peelyoulater.ca with:

Your order number or proof of purchase.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and the packaging it arrived in.

Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for review.

Refunds & Resolutions

If your claim is approved, Peel You Later reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

A replacement item.
Store credit.
A partial refund.
A full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Personal preference.
Ordering the wrong item.
Minor variations in colour, print, finish, or appearance that are considered normal for handmade or printed products.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored.
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
Failure to provide required photo evidence.

Shipping Issues

Peel You Later is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Peel You Later reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the evidence provided. Repeated or suspicious refund requests may result in refusal of future service.
